About

We have the capability to design, manufacture, package, and deliver a shelfable and sellable product direct to you for sale to your customers. It’s that simple! We are a complete A-Z business that works for you. We have been in business for over 30 years and have established our own factory and Quality Control employees overseas allowing us to make changes on the spot to get the high quality products you demand. All of this is possible working with our agents based here in California. Your ideas and intellectual property is safe with us as it always has been for over 3 decades.

We can manufacture, fabricate all things metal, aluminum extrusion, injection molded, plastic, machinery, stamping, powder coating and so much more to create that product you’ve been thinking of for years, so let’s get started!

Capabilities

Aluminum Extrusion

Aluminum extrusion is a process by which aluminum alloy material is forced through a die with a specific cross-sectional profile.

A powerful ram pushes the aluminum through the die and it emerges from the die opening.

Common products using aluminum extrusion include poles, window frames, quarter panels, running boards, car frames and bumpers, construction equipment, load-bearing ceiling beams, decorative trim, paneling and more. Extruded aluminum shapes can also be used as heating or cooling elements of heaters and refrigerators.

Fabrication

Metal fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending and assembling processes. It is a value-added process involving the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials.

We employ a multitude of value-added processes, including welding, cutting, forming and machining.

Machinery Stamping

Stamping (also known as pressing) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape. Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping press, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and CNC Machining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light. The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

Powder coating is mainly used for coating of metals, such as household appliances, aluminum extrusions, drum hardware, automobiles, and bike frames.

Injection Molding

Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mold. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials mainly including metals (for which the process is called die-casting), glasses, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers.

Common products that are injection molded are wire spools, packaging, bottle caps, automotive parts and components, toys, pocket combs, some musical instruments (and parts of them), one-piece chairs and small tables, storage containers, mechanical parts (including gears), and most other plastic products.
